Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery Rules:

All orders placed before 1.00pm GMT (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same working day. Information about the delivery options and times is in the following table:

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery is offered in the UK only. If you place your order before 1.00pm GMT (Monday to Friday) and subject to the items being in stock, your order will be with you the next working day arriving no later than 1.00pm. A signature will also be required.

Please note if you place your order before 1.00pm GMT on Friday, and select special delivery, your order will be shipped on Friday and will arrive before 1pm on Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday) – if you need your order on Saturday, please select Saturday delivery.

If you place your order after 1.00pm your order will be shipped the next working day by special delivery, and so will arrive before 1.00pm the following working day. If you place your order after 1.00pm on Friday, over the weekend or on a bank holiday, and select special delivery, your order will be shipped on Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday) and arrive before 1pm on Tuesday (or Wednesday if a bank holiday).

Please note Special Deliveries do not arrive on Saturdays, Sundays or any Bank holidays.

Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

  • Eligible Items: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Product Condition: Items must be New (unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging).

  • Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items.

  • Restocking Fee: £0 / Free (We do not charge any restocking fees).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Please email our support team at info@sentelegri.com before sending any items back. We will provide you with full step-by-step instructions on how to proceed with your return.

  2. Choose a Return Method:

    • By Mail: Ship the parcel back using your preferred carrier.

    • At a Drop-off Location in Edinburgh: Hand over your return parcel at our designated drop-off point (details provided upon contact).

Note on Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for purchasing and providing the return shipping label, as well as covering all return shipping costs.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method.
